I love Sarah Palin but she is beginning to piss me off in not coming out in support of one of the two real conservatives or the lesser Rino Perry.

I don't get it. ..what is she waiting for?

Seems like she is putting her finger to the wind and making sure she endorses the eventual winner for some self-serving purpose.

It pains me to write this but what other reason would she have in not supporting Santorum, Bachmann or Perry?

Heard that Romney had a one day bounce to 30 in the poll around Christmas time. It could be just now starting to roll off. Then again that could all be meaningless to. However, if Romney gets big MO out of Iowa, this may change quickly. An I may be ill for a while...

But by all means, Iowa conservatives, go blow it all on a vote for Santorium.

The LibMSM wants Romney.
The polling companies want Romney.
The Dems want Romney.
Obozo wants Romney.

One problem for me, if they all want him, I don’t. And I really was wanting to vote this next year!

I know that it’s a 5-day rolling average, so for Newt to go +1 & Romney to go -1 in one day, means that yesterday, 12/29, Newt polled better nationally than Romney. It’s not 10 points, but I’ll take what I can get.

One thing for sure, he won't stay down for long since all the others other than Bachmann have surged 20 points in a matter of hours.

It's high time for the adults to take over again.

A lot of this is “thinking” with my emotions, and reading into the numbers what I want to see. I know polling will go wacky again over the weekend, and then the results will be scrambled again post-Iowa, so it’ll be a while before we can access what’s going on.

I am relieved we don’t see Romney at 28 or 29, though.

Man I wish some would pull out so Conservatives could consolidate votes. We could, for sure, stop Romney that way.

The eventual endorsement will be as a part of a surge to demolish the Obama mythology once and for all.

The ignoble regime in the Oval Office now has HUGE liabilities and vulnerabilities, and as yet, the field of candidates has scarcely addressed any of them, except for some vague promises to “repeal Obamacare”. Such a verbal promise is worth about as much as the paper it is written on, at this point.

Sarah Palin is waiting for the same thing that I await - the pledge that the candidate will go after and take the fight TO Obama and his agenda. So far, we have not yet gotten that from Mitt Romney, to be sure, and only a half-hearted promise from most of the rest of the field, since Herman Cain has chosen to suspend his campaign.

And note that Cain only SUSPENDED the campaign, not dropped out entirely. I am still hoping for a brokered convention.

If you have some magical solution for this insanity, then you would be the first to come up with a sure fire method for herding cats!

When Bachmann, Perry and Santorum bail does anyone think the majority of those votes will go to Mr. 25% (oops, make that Mr. 26%)? Not a chance. They will split between Newt and Ron Paul. I’m betting 3/4 to Gingrich.

I like Palin too so this is just some WAGs. I remember her saying in an interview that If she ran it would be a very unconventional campaign. I think she may try to run after all of the other candidates destroy each other. She will say she is the true conservative candidate and therefore must run. I also think she may throw her hat in the ring if there is a brokered convention where no candidate can reach the required number of delegates.

I also like Newt but I think it will be difficult for her to endorse him.

If Romney looks like he is going to win, that my cause her to enter the race. I just don’t see how she can endorse Romney. She would really loose popularity among her supporters.

Palin has been wise in withholding her endorsement and support until these clowns stop shooting themselves in the foot. She probably - like me - is pulling for someone other than the big government progressives (Romney and Gingrich).
